The calculators on PropCalc UK are tools for planning and analysis. They are not tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, mortgage advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any property. Tax rules in particular depend on personal circumstances and edge cases we cannot model. Always consult a qualified accountant or financial adviser for binding decisions.
Accuracy
We keep rate tables current to the best of our ability — every calculator surfaces the “rates as of” date. UK tax rules change at every Budget, and there can be a lag between an announcement and our update. Verify against gov.uk and your accountant.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss arising from decisions made on the basis of the calculator output.
